Terms & Conditions

General terms and condition:

  • All SALE items are final. There are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Items can only be exchange for an item of equal value or store credit if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be received in original condition- unworn,unwashed, with all tags still attached. Return items not in their original state will be automatically return to the customer. Items which smells of ladies perfume/deodorant will automatically be return so please take due care when trying on your order. Staff reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
  • Returns and exchanges are to be requested within 7days of delivery date for orders sent locally (Australia) or within 14days of delivery date for international orders. The item to be returned has to reach our premises within 14days after return request date and 28 days for international orders. Any items sent to us after the stated period will not be accepted and the items will be return back to the customer immediately.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns/exchange. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend you send the parcel via an insured, traceable delivery service.
  • Exchanges can only be performed once.
  • We do not compensate for any shipping costs in the event of refunds and exchanges for non-defected goods.
  • Due to the popularity of certain products, we can’t guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will immediately be issued as store credits which will allow the customer to return to our E-boutique to purchase a different item.


Taxation and Extra Charges


International buyers will be charge an extra 3.9% from Paypal as an compulsory cost made to Paypal.  Apart from that, incur of any additional charges (i.e special request and delivery method) will be shown prior to payment transfer.


Sale and Promotion


Items sold at sales/promotional prices are non-exchangeable/refundable.  


Privacy and Disclosure


Any information provided by the customers are strictly for customer understanding and payment usage only. Rosy Ruby takes priority in protecting information provided by every customer. Emails and address will be used for newsletters/catalogues/promotions only. The company may however disclose any information if needed by law.


Content and Copyright


All content listed on the website/catalogue/newsletter are solely own by Rosy Ruby and therefore copyrighted. Therefore any intention to re-use the company’s content (i.e images) for public usage is not legal unless permission is granted. Public usage includes replicating or manipulating Rosy Ruby’s content on any public media for other business and commercial purposes. Anyone attempting to plagiarise the contents will face court orders.


What if the goods are faulty?

If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know by contacting our customer care team straight away. Please include as much detail as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

You may be entitled to have the goods replaced or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

What if my item does not fit me or I change my mind?

We try to provide the most accurate measurements and our best advice for every individual item’s size and fit, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly issue you a refund in the form of store credit.
Store credit will be credited toward your account and you have the option to redeem it during any future purchase.
